What is a Free Play Rewards?
Seminole Wild Card members receive Free Play Rewards based on Comp Dollars earned each time they play at their favorite slot machine. The more you play, the more you earn. You can check your Free Play Rewards balance online anytime.
How do I qualify to receive a Free Play Rewards?
Seminole Wild Card members who earn $8 Comp Dollars or more in a single visit, not counting Comp Dollars earned with Free Play, will receive a Free Play Rewards reward.
When and how will I find out if I earned Free Play Rewards?
Your Free Play Rewards will be automatically loaded to your account approximately 48 hours following your visit. A reminder email will also be sent to you. If you are not receiving emails, call Customer Care or log in to your Seminole Wild Card account online to add your email. Your Free Play will be valid for a period of up to 30 days.

Where can gift cards be redeemed?
Seminole Gift Cards can be redeemed at all Seminole Casino and Seminole Hard Rock properties in the state of Florida. Gift cards can be redeemed at all food & beverage and hotel outlets which are owned by Seminole Gaming. Outlets which are leased to third-party venues are not included in the redemption plan. Are gift cards redeemable for Slot Play?
No. Gift cards may not be used to redeem Slot Play.

Can I return an item purchased using a gift card?
Yes. Items purchased with gift cards may be returned. Bring the items along with the receipt to the store where it was purchased for a refund in the form of a merchandise credit. Items purchased with gift cards cannot be returned for cash.
